Common Questions
What should I expect on my first visit?
Arrive about ten minutes early and we'll walk you through the contrast circuit from end to end. Towels, water, and everything you need for the session are provided — bring swimwear and nothing else.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Single sessions are available to everyone, any day we're open. Members get 20% off every booking plus guest passes to bring someone with them.
How long is a typical session?
A full contrast circuit runs 45 to 60 minutes. If you'd rather book one service on its own, most run 15 to 30 minutes depending on the modality.
Can I book for two people?
Yes. Our private suites are built for two — select a double suite when you book and both guests are covered under the same reservation.
Where are you located?
We are currently in the heart of Arroyo Grande, at 1595 E Grand Ave, Suite 107, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420.
